For Educators

Belinda delivering professional development to educators in South Australia

I will support you to incorporate a child’s, or group of children’s, communication goals into your programs. I will focus on capacity building so you feel confident to work with children who have a range of different needs and learning styles. I am passionate about providing evidence-based programs and information about the power of secure relationships within the education and care setting.

I am able to provide one-off or ongoing support depending on your areas of support needs.  My workshops are designed to empower educators with the knowledge and tools to support Neurodivergent students effectively.

All workshops acknowledge the importance of reflection, the vulnerability required to adopt shifts in thinking and the deep commitment of educators to the wellbeing of their students or children in their care.

Behavioural Support

I work alongside parents and educators to gently decode behaviour and understand what it’s telling us about a child’s needs, communication, and sensory experiences. Using Dr Ross Greene’s Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS) model and the ASUP (Assessment of Skills and Unsolved Problems), I support teachers and early childhood professionals to move beyond surface-level behaviour and explore the “why” beneath it—building curiosity, confidence, and connection in their classrooms and centres.

If you're looking for an evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach to address challenging or concerning behaviours, then please reach out.

Workshop Overview

Workshops can be delivered as one-off sessions or as part of an ongoing support package.

Sessions are customised to suit your setting, staff, and goals — whether you're a school, childcare centre, kindergarten, or educator group.

Depending on your needs, workshops may be delivered:

  • On-site at your centre (school, early learning, community)
  • Online via Zoom
  • As a single session, multi-part series, or professional development day

All training is designed to be practical, inclusive, and aligned with a neurodiversity-affirming approach.
